with a short time and accurate packaging. You can choose to ship the goods to you in a different place from your home, so be sure to report the alternate address when prompted.

Capimdoro as selling handmade creations, we reserve the right to process your order equal to 3 working days. Then, here the shipping times needed for receive your order:
Italy: 2/3 working days with SDA tracked pack.
European Union: 3/4 working days with GLS International tracked pack.
Other countries: 3/6 working days with Minibox International tracked pack.
Other countries: 10/20 working days with GLS International tracked pack.
The Consumer shall be charged a fee equal to that indicated in the shipping section, Capimdoro.it is committed to working with the utmost care and promptness in order: in any case, the Provider assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the Italian post office. Any pack has a tracking code, Capimdoro will provide the code if the customer will ask for it.
No responsibility can also be attributed to the Supplier for late or non-delivery
due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
Any customs charges or import fees is applied in the country of destination
package. Customs charges are to be borne by you, we do not have the opportunity to indicate the amount.
DELAYS ON DELIVERY

RETURN DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can ask for the return of a product with a defect received, the request must be made by sent REGISTERED with return receipt requested, to the address:

The goods must be made no later than 10 days of receipt and must be made in
same conditions in which it is received, including the packaging.
Capimdoro reserves the right to deny replacement if the goods are tampered with.

The package must be returned to:

The amount of the returned merchandise will be credited within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.

Capimdoro.com reserves the right to not process orders that are incomplete or incorrect. In the case of products not available at time of order we will inform you via e-mail electronics.
